The following is a list of shipping information that pertains to all online order shipments:
- We process all orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day.
- If you need your order by a certain date, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- All shipments will require customer signature upon delivery.
- Please note that all orders are subject to credit authorization and address verification.
- For your protection, we will not ship merchandise if we are unable to verify your billing address.
All custom and personalized pieces are final sale and non-refundable. All rings are custom made to order unless otherwise indicated.
When returning an item you must include all ring boxes and warranty cards to quality. Your refund will include full purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges. Before returning anything please contact us directly to discuss. Shipments will be required to include tracking and insurance covering the full value of the item paid. We will not be responsible for items being lost in the mail and should this occur no refund will be possible.

To return your order:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization ( a return can not be processed without obtaining an RMA number first )
- Once you receive an RMA number, you have 5 business days to send the merchandise back.
- Please package your item securely including all original packaging and collateral materials, along with your name, address, phone number, email address, and the provided RMA number.
- For your security, please send your return via registered mail/UPS/FedEx, insured. Please provide us with the tracking number once you have sent out the package.
- Ottawa Moissanite is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned without a proper return authorization code will be refused.
- Please allow 7 business days to process your return. We will refund you the amount of the item returned, excluding shipping costs.
Your purchase comes with a 1-year warranty. Your warranty does not however, protect against jewelry that has been modified from it's original state (ie. re-sizing) or items that were damaged from external causes (ie. running it over with a car). Please be very careful with your jewelry and remember that gold is not indestructible and can bend just like any other metal if not treated properly.
Additional things to note: Please try to avoid using chemicals on your jewelry which can include those in various cleaners, lotions, etc. Make sure you are inspecting your jewelry on a regular basis to ensure no stones have come loose as this can be a common occurrence with daily wear.
At this time all items are made to order as I do not carry stock. Lead time for pieces are usually 3-4 weeks depending on whether or not the stone you request is in stock at the time your order is placed. Should your stone be out of stock for any reason I will contact you directly to update you on a more appropriate time-line for your order.
